I had the pleasure of meeting this cool guy a few years back while I was coaching at Crunch Fitness. There was something about him that was different. Let’s just say he has certain features about him that are easy conversation starters 👨🏻.⁠

I met Ian after he successfully lost over 50+ Ibs on the keto diet. He still had some weight loss goals that he wanted to achieve, but more importantly, he wanted to increase his power!⁠

When we began training I noticed that there were some days where he would seem sluggish and his performance would decline. He was still on the keto diet after his weight loss and the lack of carbs was causing distress.⁠

After making adjustments to his nutrition, we found that his performance began to skyrocket! Here's his performance results after completing his Orc Transformation Program:⁠

It still blows my mind how much untapped power was hidden inside of Ian (or maybe the mustache). He just needed the right nutrition and training program to take his body to the next level.

In 4 to 5 months I lost 70lbs and then I started going to the gym as I was losing at a slower rate and wanted to be more physically fit.
